SAN JOSE, California - San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has reassigned goaltender Alex Stalock to the Worcester Sharks, the team's top development affiliate in the American Hockey League.
In two games with San Jose this season, Stalock has posted an 0-0-1 record with a 2.86 goals-against average and a .846 save percentage.
In 31 games with Worcester, he has posted a 15-12-3 record with a 2.48 goals-against average and a .917 save percentage.
The six-foot, 180-pound native of St. Paul, MN was selected by San Jose in the fourth round (112th overall) in the 2005 NHL Draft.
The Sharks also announced that goaltender Thomas Greiss has been activated from injured reserve.
