Sharks Prospect Report for Feb. 18

San Jose defensive prospect, Taylor Doherty currently has 31 points, (12 goals and 19 assists) which leads all defensemen on the Kingston Frontenacs of the OHL.  Doherty is an alternate captain for the Frontenacs, where he has served 88 PIM in the box.   

Tommy Wingels, a junior center from Miami University in Ohio, is first on the RedHawks in goals with 14. Wingels is tied for second in the CCHA Conference in power play goals (6) and has a total of 24 points in his last 17 games.  

Current Goaltender for the Worcester of the AHL, Alex Stalock, was a perfect 3-0 in his last three starts, including his second shutout and 30th win of the season (a team record) over the Springfield Falcons on Feb. 16.  In the three wins, Stalock made a total of 88 saves, combining for a 1.05 goals against average.
