Sharks In Fremont on Wednesday

The city of Fremont was named after John Charles Fremont who was known as "The Great Pathfinder." On Wednesday November 11, the San Jose Sharks will find themselves on the path to Sharks Ice at Fremont for their on-ice practice session.


For one day, the Sharks will bring their team practice to Sharks Ice at Fremont. The practice will begin at Noon and run between 30-60 minutes.

Following practice, fans will have an opportunity to meet and greet several selected Sharks players for an autograph session.

Remodeled in the summer of 2004, Sharks Ice at Fremont, a 40,000 square foot facility offers an NHL-sized ice rink, as well as a stocked pro shop, a full-service food court, a video arcade and meeting space for up to 200 guests. Additionally, Stanley's Sports Bar, and entertainment and dining area overlooking the rink, opened in the winter of 2006.
