Tealtop at Edenvale Elementary

On October 15 the Sharks Foundation hosted a "Tealtop" Street Hockey Court ribbon cutting ceremony in partnership with Kaiser Permanente at Edenvale Elementary School in San Jose.

Sharks broadcasters Randy Hahn and Dan Rusanowsky emceed the dedication in front of the school's principal, teachers, and roughly 150 students and their family members.

In addition to the court and nets, the school received new street hockey equipment including Sharks-branded sticks and goalie masks.
Students were able to test out the court and gear when S.J. Sharkie dropped the puck for a scrimmage alongside Sharks captain Logan Couture and defenseman Brenden Dillon.
This Sharks Foundation has now transformed 12 blacktops into custom street hockey courts, including four with Kaiser Permanente.
