The Sharks 2021-22 preseason slate kicks off with a hockey-double-header on Sun., Sept. 26 with the Sharks playing split-squad games in Anaheim at 5 p.m. and Vegas at 7 p.m. The Vegas game will be joined in-progress following the conclusion of the Anaheim game.
Players expected to travel to Anaheim include Nick Bonino, Tomas Hertl, Erik Karlsson, Kevin Labanc, Ryan Merkley, Marc-Edou ard Vlasic and Ozzy Wiesblatt. Players expected to travel to Vegas include Brent Burns, Andrew Cogliano, Logan Couture, Jonathan Dahlen, William Eklund, Mario Ferraro, Adin Hill, Timo Meier, James Reimer and Jasper Weatherby.
San Jose Barracuda play-by-play announcer Nick Nollenberger (

) will have the call in Anaheim, and long-time Sharks play-by-play announcer Dan Rusanowsky (

) will be live in Las Vegas. Members of the Sharks hockey operations staff including General Manager Doug Wilson, Assistant General Managers Joe Will and Tim Burke and Director of Scouting Doug Wilson Jr. will join Nick and Dan at each intermission to discuss their observations of the games and the Sharks 2021 Training Camp thus far.
In addition, broadcasts of three Sharks preseason games will be available through television and streaming platforms as noted below:
