The Golden Knights will have home-ice advantage and host Game 1. The schedule has not been determined.
Sharks forwards Logan Couture and Joe Pavelski each had five points against the Ducks, and forward Evander Kane scored three goals in his first Stanley Cup Playoff series. Martin Jones allowed four goals in the four games.

Vegas went 3-0-1 against San Jose during the regular season. Jonathan Marchessault had six points (two goals, four assists), and Shea Theodore (two goals, three assists) and forward William Karlsson (four goals, one assist) each had five. Marc-Andre Fleury was 2-0-0 with a 2.50 GAA and .928 save percentage, and backup Malcolm Subban made 42 saves in a 2-1 overtime loss March 22.
Pavelski (three goals, two assists) and defenseman Brent Burns (two goals, three assists) each had five points against the Golden Knights. Jones was 1-2-0 with a 3.32 GAA and .899 save percentage. Backup Aaron Dell made 15 saves on 17 shots in relief in a 5-4 overtime loss Nov. 24.
"They're a fast team," Jones said. "They come at you with all four lines. They forecheck hard, and they're just a tenacious, hardworking team. So we need to make sure that we're prepared properly here and ready to go right from the start of Game 1."
Reilly Smith led the Golden Knights with three points (all assists) in their series against the Kings. Fleury had two shutouts, a 0.65 goals-against average and a .977 save percentage.

Vegas is the first NHL team to sweep a playoff series in its inaugural season and the fourth to win one. The Toronto Arenas (defeated Montreal Canadiens, 1918), the St. Louis Blues (defeated Philadelphia Flyers, 1968) and the Minnesota North Stars (defeated Los Angeles Kings 1968) also won a playoff series in their inaugural season.
"Why would we be satisfied? I mean, we don't have the Stanley Cup," Golden Knights forward Pierre-Edouard Bellemare said. "We didn't start the playoffs thinking, 'All right, if we reach the second round, we're happy about it.' Guys are really excited because we just won a series. We're excited because we're probably going to get one more day to relax the bodies. But I mean, two days from now, it's back to business."
The Golden Knights are the third team from the NHL, NBA and Major League Baseball to complete a four-game sweep to win its first playoff series, joining the Pittsburgh Penguins in 1970 and the Boston Braves of MLB in 1914.
