Shark Life: Swimming With Giants

Celebrating #BayAreaUnite at the San Francisco Giants game

While the San Jose Sharks were getting ready for their first preseason game, 50 miles to the north there was another Bay Area team getting ready to represent the teal.

On Tuesday, September 19 the San Francisco Giants held a San Jose Sharks Night at the ballpark, honoring #BayAreaUnite and some Sharks legends.

Alumni Scott Hannan and Owen Nolan - plus their kids - were on hand to kick the game off with a "PLAY BALL!"

But before they started the game, they got to experience baseball's version of the warmup skate: batting practice.

Of course, it's not a San Jose Sharks Night at a ballpark without a sweet cobranded beanie.
