RR: What were your first impressions after being drafted by the Sharks?
LC: “I was very excited to be drafted by this organization. I know a few players that have already been picked by the Sharks and they’ve told me how much they like it.”

RR: You were interviewed by 29 other teams. What did you learn from the interview process?
LC: “They were all pretty much the same, but there were some teams that definitely threw in some weird questions here and there.”

RR: What NHL player do you pattern your game after?
LC:  “I try to play like Chris Drury. Someone who does it all. He plays in every situation, whether it be killing penalties or on the power play. He’s a leader on-and off-the-ice and wants to do anything to win.”

RR: What is the best thing about where you grew up?
LC: “I’ve been really lucky to have great coaches every year I’ve played, so I benefited from that growing up.”

RR: What do you feel the strongest part of your game is?
LC:  “Probably my hockey sense. I can think the game well and that helps me a lot when I’m out on the ice.”

RR: What was your favorite hockey team growing up?
LG: “I was a big fan of the Buffalo Sabres.”
