Taylor Doherty was named team captain for the 2010-11 season for the Kingston Frontenacs and as “Team OHL” for the 2010 Subway Super Series has led all Kingston defensemen in goals, assists and points. Doherty is tied for 10th in the OHL in points and tied for ninth in assists amongst defenseman. Doherty recorded a hat-trick, including the game-winning goal, and named First Star Nov. 12 vs. Sault Ste. Marie. Doherty had assists in three straight games twice, from Oct. 30 to Nov. 4.

Goalie J.P Anderson was selected to the Canada World Junior team selection camp and picked up the win in relief on Nov. 15 vs. Team Russia. Anderson stopped four of five shot and was named the Vaughn CHL Goaltender of the Week (November 7) by winning three games. Currently third in the OHL in GAA, his three shutouts are tops in the league and he is tied for first in wins. This five-foot-ten, 175 pound goalie had 35 saves on Oct. 29 vs. Kingston.
