Mental Health Resources

by Ann Frazier and Jon Perry /

Mental health is always important in more "normal" times, but with the isolation and mental stress caused by the pandemic, it is more critical than ever.

Today is Bell Let's Talk Day, an annual day dedicated to fundraising for mental health initiatives in Canada. While we aren't Canadian, we fully support this day, and wanted to go even further and share some resources that those in the Bay Area can either support or take advantage of. We consulted with the Sharks Foundation for this list of non-profits to check out.
