Meet Gill, the San Jose Shark's current Sharks Pup!
Gill joined Team Teal at the beginning of the 2022-2023 hockey season. He is a service dog in training through Canine Companions, being raised and trained by a volunteer puppy raiser in San Jose, CA. Gill isn't the first Sharks Pup in the organization, he's following in Finn's paw prints.

I’ve missed you frens! I’ve been working full-time with my owner Joan for over a year now and I love it. She even wrote a letter to update all my frens at the Sharks on how I’ve been doing!
Gill has had quite the year since joining the Sharks organization. He attended events, cheered on the team at games, and has been learning new skills to help him with his future as a service dog.
Just in case you've missed any of Gill's BIG moments, we're taking a look back at his first season as our Sharks Pup:
On October 26, 2022, Gill signed his contract and officially joined Team Teal!
The San Jose Barracuda hosted their Puck and Paws game at Tech CU Arena, where Gill was one of the guests of honor and dropped the puck ahead of the game!
Gill's first TEAL carpet event was Patrick Marleau's No. 12 Jersey Retirement and he dressed to impress.
The Sharks annual STEM day wasn't complete without Gill. Gill attended one of his first community events where he got to practice some of his skills and interact with local students.

To wrap up the season and get ready for next year, Gill attended the Sharks 2023 Development Camp where he got to meet new friends and see some familiar faces.
