The patches, emblems for the Garth Brooks Teammates for Kids Patch Program, were attached to the jerseys of each player in the NHL between Jan. 4 through Jan. 13.  The jerseys will then be auctioned off from Feb. 7 through Feb. 21on and, available for fan purchase.
All of the proceeds from the sale of these game worn home jerseys will go to Garth Brooks Teammates for Kids charity, the Top Shelf Teammates program which benefits non-profit organizations that benefit children’s health, education and inner-city services.
“This is a fantastic program that is growing in size.” said Rob Jaynes, Sharks Director Of Fan Development and The Sharks Foundation, “We just had ten players sign up today to make donations which is fabulous because Garth Brooks is willing to triple match anything donated.”
Be sure to log on to or between the dates of Feb. 7 through Feb. 21 for your chance to purchase of the Sharks game worn jerseys.
