The San Jose Sharks earned their first win on Thursday, a 3-2 victory over the winless Buffalo Sabres. It was a team effort in the win, with the Meier-Tierney-Donskoi line producing two goals (including one that will make all the highlight reels in Donskoi's no-look pass to Tierney).

With the fires raging across the North Bay, the Sharks have set up several was for fans to contribute to the relief efforts. All proceeds from the 50/50 Raffle presented by Black Oak Casino will go towards the American Red Cross, and there will be opportunites for fans to donate directly at the doors of SAP Center.
