The Sharks take on the Canucks in Vancouver tonight for the final road trip of the season.
San Jose is coming off a 5-3 loss on Sunday night to the Calgary Flames who clinched the one-seed in the Pacific. Timo Meier opened the scoring in the game to reach the 30-goal plateau, marking the third Shark this season to score 30 goals. Logan Couture and Tomas Hertl each recorded 70-points for the first time in their careers. Kevin Labanc tallied his 15th goal of the season on San Jose's third goal in the game. With the loss to Calgary, the Sharks guaranteed Vegas as their Round One opponent in the 2019 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Tonight, Team Teal faces the Vancouver Canucks in the final regular season meeting, where San Jose is looking to finish the series sweep. Last game on February 16, the Sharks beat Vancouver 3-2 for the third straight meeting this season, and the sixth straight time overall.
