The San Jose Sharks wrap up their brief homestand tonight facing the New York Islanders.
The Sharks are coming off a 5-1 win against the Buffalo Sabres, highlighted by Logan Couture's third career hat trick. Joonas Donskoi opened up the scoring in the game, while Joe Pavelski also added a power play goal. Another highlight was that the game marked Marc-Edouard Vlasic's 900th in the NHL - all of which occurred with the Sharks.
Tonight the Sharks become Los Tiburones for Hispanic Heritage Night presented by your Northern California Honda Dealers. The team will wear special Los Tiburones jerseys during warmups that will be auctioned off during the game, while fans at the game will receive Los Tiburones shirseys.
