The Sens skated in Nashville yesterday as they began prepping for tonight's game against the Predators so here's a quick look back on what was said after they left the ice in case you missed it.

To start off, here's everything head coach Dave Cameron said during his post-practice media availability...

On challenges that the team is facing:

"We need better poise with the puck. Teams are going to create enough that they're going to put you back on your heels and play in the D zone. You can't turn pucks over when you have it without them doing some work to create turnovers. We have to have better poise with the puck."

Describing the team's third perod against the Carolina Hurricanes:

"It was a non-compete, skill based period. We didn't have any poise with the puck. We just kept turning it over. They're going to create some but what you can't do is hand them more. You have to make better decisions with the puck and you have to be willing to hold on to it, you have to be willing to throw it or take it to the net...just better poise."

On if there will be changes to the line-up for tonight's game in Nashville:

"I'm not sure yet. No line-up decisions have been made."

On if Cody Ceci will be ready to play in tonight's game:

"I haven't talked to my medical staff but I talked to Cody on the ice and he said he felt good so I expect he's going to be available but I haven't gotten the clearance from the medical staff."

On the reason why Zack Smith was a healthy scratch last game:

"Coach's decision."

On the team's starting goalie tonight:

"Andy will start."

On how the team can improve their production in the face-off circle:

"Same as everything else, you have to work on it. You've got to work on them and work on them and work on them...and you need help. If you aren't winning them you need to scramble and you need your wingers to help you."

On potentially reuniting the Hoffman-Zibanejad-Ryan line:

"When I have to change my lines based on a poor performance, I'm not happy. Shane Prince is not the problem. I'm very happy with Shane Prince."

Some of this was covered above but here were our post-skate Twitter updates...

And finally, Sens TV put together the Best of the Locker Room with comments from Erik Karlsson, Cody Ceci and Craig Anderson. You can check that out below...
