by Chris Lund / Ottawa Senators

While the big club has dropped the puck on their NHL campaign, Sens prospects are also in the midst of their regular seasons. Let's take a quick look and see how a handful are faring...

Ben Harpur — Sens defensive prospect Ben Harpur is off to a quick offensive start to begin his Ontario League season this year with two goals and six points in six games thus far to go with a plus-5 rating. Yesterday in Kitchener, Harpur recorded a goal and an assist for the Guelph Storm who dropped a 6-5 decision to the Rangers. He returns to action on Friday against the Niagara IceDogs.

Tobias Lindberg — Lindberg continued the solid start to his Ontario League career with a goal in Oshawa's win over the Ottawa 67's on Sunday afternoon. With the marker, Lindberg now has three goals and seven points in eight games with the Generals alongside his plus-4 rating. Oshawa hosts the Sarnia Sting on Friday night.

Nick Paul — Nick Paul continues to be a force down the middle for the North Bay Battalion of the OHL with a stellar performance on Sunday. Paul was a plus-3 and scored a hat trick for the Battalion en route to being named first star of the game in a win over the Barrie Colts. He also picked up four penalty minutes in the contest. The performance gives Paul six goals and nine points through six games this season.
