With a game remaining on the schedule after tonight, this will likely be the last time the Sens' full compliment of regulars take the ice together until game one of the Eastern Conference playoffs next week.
Paul MacLean is expected to sit a handful of his players tomorrow when the Sens take on the Bruins, but tonight will see the same lineup as Thursday's win over Washington with one alteration: Matt Kassian checks in for Guillaume Latendresse.
When asked if the switch was because "It's Philly and they're a more physical team," MacLean replied, "Yes. And yes."
Here's how the Sens will line up to start...
Michalek - Turris - Silfverberg
Greening - Zibanejad - Alfredsson
Kassian - Smith - Neil
Conacher - Pageau - Condra
Methot - Karlsson
Cowen - Gonchar
Phillips - Gryba
The Flyers have been depleted by injuries on the blueline which has created some patch work to be done. Despite the injury troubles the Flyers have been dangerous of late, winning their last three games. Steve Mason will get the start over Ilya Bryzgalov who played, and was solid against, the Sens twice this season.
Here's how Philly will look to start...
Gagne - Giroux - Voracek
Read - B. Schenn - Simmonds
Brier - Couturier - Hartnell
Rosehill - Fedotenko - Hall
Lauridsen - Schenn
Konan - Manning
Lilja - Gustafsson
The Sens are 3-2-1 all-time against the Flyers under Paul MacLean.
