The Ottawa Senators own the seventh overall selection at the 2022 NHL Draft following tonight's NHL Draft lottery. This pick is one of 11 picks for the Senators in upcoming draft.

The 2022 NHL Draft will take place at Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec on July 7-8.
"We're happy to add another top 10 talent to our already strong pool of prospects," general manager Pierre Dorion said following the lottery. "Trent Mann and his scouts have been hard at work all year evaluating what we feel is a deep draft and we look forward to adding an important piece to our organization in July."
This marks the first time in franchise history that the club has owned the seventh overall selection in the NHL Draft.
