The Ottawa Senators' annual development camp continued with the first weekend session on Saturday.
The morning off-ice session had the players work through a number of different stations, focusing on power, explosiveness and agility. The players also visited Acceleration Ottawa at Scotiabank Place to work out on the skating treadmill.
The afternoon on-ice session at the Bell Sensplex went for two hours, with the first 60 minutes focusing on timing drills and the last hour aimed at improving endurance.
On Sunday, July 1, the team will have the first of two 3-on-3 tournaments at the Bell Sensplex. The tournament games are open to the public and begin on 10:30 a.m. on Sunday.
