The weather is warming up, the sun is shining and with the return of vitamin D to your lives now that winter appears to have (finally) dissipated comes the return of The Red Zone at Scotiabank Place.
As you can see above, crews are hard at work putting together The Red Zone for its first game of the season tomorrow night against Washington. It will stay up through the end of the regular season and continuing as long as the Sens are playing hockey.
From the official release:
The Red Zone’s Molson Canadian Hockey House will once again feature music and interactive games including the Senators Hardest Shot. In addition, food trucks featuring the Urban Pear Street Gourmet, will also be located on the plaza before each of the team’s four remaining home games on April 18 (Washington), April 20 (Toronto Maple Leafs), April 22 (Pittsburgh Penguins) and April 27 (Philadelphia Flyers). The Red Zone will open at 4 p.m. on weekend dates and at 5:30 p.m. for week night contests.
Obviously weather will play a factor so stay tuned to our social channels to find out if the party will be happening or not if you think the weather looks treacherous. The Red Zone closes up come puck drop, but, those fans who wish to make an appearance and don't have tickets to the game can still watch from Bert's Bar or Frank Finnigan's inside.
See you folks tomorrow.
