OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators (@Senators) announced today that Canadian Tire Centre (@CdnTireCtr) will once again host the Red Zone pre-game festivities at each of the team's home dates throughout the 2017 Stanley Cup Playoffs. Beginning this Wednesday ahead of the Senators' Game 1 match-up with the Boston Bruins, the venue's Gate 1 plaza area will serve as the primary meeting place for Sens fans.

The Red Zone will open three hours prior to puck drop on weekend dates and two hours for weeknight games. Interactive events are subject to inclement weather. Senators fans are encouraged to visit the team's social channels for updates on timing and activations.

Interactive games and activities for our young Sens fans will also be on-site at the Red Zone. Try your hand at the Hardest Shot or Top Shot, where speed and accuracy go a long way! Face painting, hair streaking and tattooing will be available for youngsters wanting to show their support by wearing red.

The Red Zone will include the return of the Molson Canadian Fan Zone, featuring a covered tent, an expanded licensed area and a mechanical bull courtesy of Country 94.

The Bell Box will be on-site featuring the TSN 1200 crew broadcasting live from the Red Zone. A meet-and-greet with members of the Sens Alumni will also take place inside the Bell Box, along with the Bell Virtual Reality experience featuring virtual images of Jean-Gabriel Pageau.

Canadian Tire will be on-site with their Premier Paint Can Shootout contest where fans will be challenged to hit pucks into a wall constructed of Premier Paint cans. Fans can attempt to shoot a puck into a can to win great prizes courtesy of Canadian Tire.

In support of team owner Eugene Melnyk's ongoing efforts to promote and encourage organ donation, the Red Zone will also feature a kiosk from The Organ Project where fans will have the opportunity to register to be organ donors and learn more about this life-saving cause.

Also in the Red Zone, Sens fans will have an opportunity to pose with the always popular Sens team photo, listen to DJ music and enjoy food from the on-site food truck vendors.

There is limited ticket inventory available for the Senators first-round series home games against Boston.
