The Senators will open the pre-season schedule when the team travels to Scotiabank Arena in Toronto to oppose the Maple Leafs as part of a day-night doubleheader on Saturday, Sept. 24. The road schedule continues on Tuesday, Sept. 27, when the Senators visit the Jets at Winnipeg's Canada Life Centre.
Ottawa will host the Maple Leafs at the home of its American Hockey League affiliate, the Belleville Senators, on Friday, Sept. 30, before welcoming the Montreal Canadiens to Canadian Tire Centre on Saturday, Oct. 1. The home-and-home set with Montreal concludes on Tuesday, Oct. 4, at the Bell Centre.
The Senators and Canadiens will close their respective pre-season schedules when the teams meet in Gander, N.L., on Thursday Oct. 6, and in Moncton, N.B., on Saturday, Oct. 8, as part of Kraft Hockeyville Canada 2022.
