We go off topic with Clarke MacArthur to talk Easter food, Batman vs. Superman and more after today's practice...
Can't listen to the audio right now? Here are a few of the many highlights...
On what he considers a standard Easter dinner:
Being in Canada, it was usually a ham and scalloped potatoes. That's what I'll be hoping for. My in-laws are in town and they're from the U.S. so I think that's actually what we're going to whip up. I'll be looking forward to Sunday.
His favourite Holiday meal:
I think Christmas. We usually do steak and lobster so that's probably my favourite.
On going to see Batman vs Superman:
I'm going to check it out. But I mean how could Batman deal with Superman? I don't know so that's why I've got to go check it out.
On picking Superman to beat Batman:
You've got to right? You've got to take Superman. Batman's just a man.
The worst movie he's seen in theatres:
50 shades of Grey. I saw that with my wife. That was awful all the way.
On being giving immortality with the caveat being you're sent back in time 3,000 years. Do you take it and what would you do?
Oh I'd take it. Take the knowledge and rule the roost back in the day. That's what I'd do. Actually...you know what? That's a crazy question. I don't know if I'd want immortality. I think I'll just take a slip for 75 right now and call it a day.
On not doing a March Madness bracket:
I was one of the only ones that didn't. I actually like following it and watching it a little bit but I didn't want to pay the $100 and I just forgot to do it.
On picking a team to follow in March Madness:
I played Major Junior but if I went to a college or something then I'd really be in to it. At least you'd have a team to go for. Like who am I going to go for, do you know what I mean? Pick a good jersey and start rooting for them? I don't really have any ties to any team.
