by Staff Writer / Ottawa Senators

OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators (@Senators) announced today that individual tickets for all 2014-15 regular-season games at Canadian Tire Centre (@CdnTireCtr) will go on sale on Friday, Sept. 5, at 10 a.m.

The team’s home schedule is highlighted by 12 Saturday contests, including nine night games and three afternoon matchups while also featuring at least one contest against each NHL opponent. The Senators’ Battle of Ontario rival Toronto Maple Leafs will visit the nation’s capital on a league-high three occasions in 2014-15. The Maple Leafs’ first game in Ottawa on Oct. 22 will serve as the Senators’ Hockey Fights Cancer night. Other notable Ottawa Senators Foundation (@sensfoundation) games include the team’s Bell Senators Hockey Talks Mental Health Awareness night in support of DIFD on Jan. 29 against Dallas and the CN Senators Foundation telethon on March 10 against Boston.

The Senators will once again feature a number of affordable family-friendly value options this season, including the return of the Subway Zone where tickets start at only $26.61 and include a coupon that can be redeemed for a 6” Subway sub and the return of the Coca-Cola Zero Zone with tickets starting from only $15.61. Buying as early as this Friday (or by purchasing season-seats which include priority access to world class events at Canadian Tire Centre and access to exclusive team events) guarantees the best ticket prices for all individual games. The club has also designated 12 Sens Value Games (including both pre-season contests), where fans can receive one ticket, one soft drink and one slice of pizza starting at only $30.

As the proud sponsor of the pre-season, Canadian Tire is pleased to offer fans the added flexibility of using Canadian Tire currency during the team’s two home pre-season contests (Wednesday, Sept. 24 vs. Toronto and Friday, Oct. 3 vs. Montreal). A long-standing Canadian Tire tradition, Canadian Tire currency will be accepted at Canadian Tire Centre concessions, restaurants and at Canadian Tire Centre’s Sens Store locations. Canadian Tire will also offer a special discounted pre-season ticket package available exclusively at 11 participating Canadian Tire retail store locations. The package includes one pre-season game value ticket (including one slice of pizza and soft drink), one Fan Fest ticket and one limited-edition Kyle Turris bobblehead, which are available in limited supply and will be redeemable on-site at Fan Fest.

Game packs for the 2014-15 regular season, in addition to the Senators’ two home pre-season contests, are also currently available for purchase. For the first time, fans can personalize their game packs by selecting three or more games from the entire home schedule, with no restrictions. Game packs allow fans to save up to 15 per cent on individual single-game ticket prices.

Fan Fest will return to Canadian Tire Centre on Saturday, Sept. 27. The first 10,000 fans who purchase a Fan Fest ticket will receive a redeemable voucher for a Turris bobblehead, which will serve as the first in a series of five limited-edition bobbleheads fans can collect over the course of the 2014-15 season. Fan Fest will also feature multiple partnership activations including the Share a Coke experience among others.
