News Release: Senators reduce 2015-16 training camp roster by seven players

OTTAWA – The Ottawa Senators (@Senators) announced today that they have reduced their training camp roster by seven players, assigning three players to Binghamton of the American Hockey League, while four others will be placed on waivers for the purposes of being assigned to the B-Sens.

The three players assigned to Binghamton today were goaltender Matt O’Connor and forwards Max McCormick and Nick Paul. Defencemen Michael Kostka and Fredrik Claesson, along with forwards Eric O’Dell and Zack Stortini will be placed on waivers today and then assigned to the B-Sens should they clear tomorrow.

The Senators training camp roster is now composed of 26 players: Two goaltenders, nine defencemen and 15 forwards.
