OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators and the Chrysler Dealer Advertising Association of Ontario announced today a new three-year sponsorship agreement. The declaration marks an exclusive automotive partnership, which will see the Chrysler Dealer Advertising Association of Ontario maintaining a significant presence at the venue.
“We’re pleased to welcome Chrysler/Dodge as our new exclusive automotive partner," said Cyril Leeder, Senators Sports & Entertainment president. "Chrysler and Dodge are great brands that the Senators are very proud and fortunate to be partnering with. Already, we have received tremendous support and co-operation from the Chrysler Dealer Advertising Association of Ontario and we look forward to working with their team for many years to come.”
The relationship will include a number of different promotions inside of Scotiabank Place, including the introduction of the Dodge Club, the home for up-scale dining in a casual environment. The Dodge Club, which was formally known as the Senate Club, will operate out of the Coliseum Rooms during each Senators’ home night. Fans who arrive to Scotiabank Place via the Gate 2 entrance, will now enter the arena through the newly-named Dodge Gate with valet parking now branded as the Dodge Valet. The concierge desk located inside the building at the Dodge Gate will be now be known as the Dodge Concierge.
"Supporting Canada’s favourite sport of hockey with the Ottawa Senators sponsorship is a natural fit for our Dodge, Chrysler, Ram and Jeep brands,” said Sean Gibson, Ottawa Dodge dealer principal and the Chrysler Dealer Advertising Association of Ontario director. “We offer great cars and trucks that people want to buy and enjoy driving. This sponsorship will allow us to maximize our brand and product exposure, both on and off the ice, in Ottawa and the surrounding area.”
In addition to the Dodge Valet, Dodge Gate, Dodge Concierge and Dodge Club, Chrysler will have a presence with new in-arena signage including an in-ice logo, LED power ring messaging and Dodge vehicles will be on display at two prominent entrances to Scotiabank Place.
