News Release: Individual tickets for 2016-17 regular-season home games go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m.

OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators (@Senators) are reminding fans that individual single-game tickets for the team's 2016-17 regular-season home contests at Canadian Tire Centre (@CdnTireCtr) will go on sale this Friday, Sept. 9, at 10 a.m.

Due to anticipated demand, the only way to gain access to the Daniel Alfredsson jersey retirement night game on Dec. 29 versus Detroit is through a full- or half-season season-seat membership package. Additionally, tickets for the Jan. 8, 2017, game versus Edmonton, the Jan. 12 game versus Pittsburgh, the Jan. 14 game versus Toronto, the March 16 game versus Chicago, the March 18 game versus Montreal and the March 23 game versus Pittsburgh are also only available in the Five game Pick' Em packs, which are currently on sale.

The team's home schedule is highlighted by 13 Saturday contests, including two afternoon matchups, and features at least one game against each National Hockey League opponent.

The Senators will again feature a number of affordable family-friendly value options this season, including 11 Throwback Thursday nights, where tickets start at only $25.50 and where all fans can purchase $1 hotdogs and $1 regular Coca-Cola beverages before 7 p.m. The club has also designated 12 Pizza Pizza Power Pack Games where fans can receive one game ticket, one soft drink and one slice of pizza starting at only $39.50. Fans can also continue to look forward to the McDonald's Fan Zone which allows them to purchase a game package for as low as $38.50 which includes a game ticket and a coupon for a free McDonald's Big Mac Extra Value Meal. How to purchase tickets

In addition, tickets are now on sale to the Senators' two pre-season contests at Canadian Tire Centre. This pre-season, the team will host Montreal on Saturday, Oct. 1, at 3 p.m. before completing its seven-game pre-season schedule on Friday, Oct. 7, against Buffalo.

2016-17 Fan Fest

The Senators are also reminding fans that the team's annual Fan Fest will return to Canadian Tire Centre on Sunday, Sept. 25. The first 7,500 fans who purchase tickets to Fan Fest will receive a limited edition Craig Anderson bobblehead. This season's Fan Fest will feature a Senators' intra-squad game, autograph sessions, team practices, interactive games, fan press conferences and entertainment throughout the arena. Advance tickets to the event are $10 (including taxes but excluding CRF and convenience fees), and can be purchased at or at participating Canadian Tire stores. Tickets will be available on-site for $15, which includes taxes, CRF, and convenience fees.

25th anniversary celebrations

The Ottawa Senators 25th anniversary season will begin in January of 2017. This year-long celebration will feature many unique and special events celebrating the history of hockey in Ottawa. Along with the Senators 25th anniversary, 2017 will mark Canada's 150th birthday, the 125th anniversary of the Stanley Cup and the centennial of the National Hockey League.
