Karlsson named to 2017 NHL All-Star Game

The Sens captain is set to represent Ottawa at the 2017 NHL All-Star Game in Los Angeles on January 28-29th.

For the 4th time in his career, Erik Karlsson is set to represent the Sens during NHL All-Star Weekend which goes down January 28th-29th in Los Angeles this year.

The All-Star recognition is very well deserved as Karlsson currently leads the Sens in points (32), assists (25), time on ice (27:06/game) and a bunch of other things while also sitting in third for points among defenceman league-wide.

Karlsson has previously played at the NHL's showcase event in 2011, 2012 and 2016 and his 1 career All-Star Game goal came last year as a member of Team Atlantic.


The 2017 Honda NHL All-Star Game will take place on Sunday, Jan 29th at 3:30 p.m. with the 2017 Coors Light NHL All-Star Skills Competition taking place the night before starting at 7 p.m.
