Game Day 5: Sens vs Panthers

by Craig Medaglia / Ottawa Senators

We've got 5 key pieces of info to pass along before the puck drops on tonight's game against the Florida Panthers.

1. Line-up

No changes are expected to the forwards or defence for tonight. Bobby Ryan (day-to-day) left Tuesday's game but will play against the Panthers.

Here's a look at the Sens projected line-up for tonight...

2. Goalies

It was confirmed yesterday that Craig Anderson will get the start in goal against his former team. Andy hit the 30 win mark for the third time in his career (and second time with the Sens) last week. Andrew Hammond backs him up tonight.

Rogerto Luongo gets the start for the Panthers tonight.

3. Last meeting

These teams last met in Sunrise back on March 10th, 2016 and it wasn't ideal for the Sens as they left with a 6-2 loss. Erik Karlsson (1G + 1A) and Zack Smith (1G + 1A) each had multi-point nights in defeat.

4. Fan Appreciation Night / Throwback Thursday

We've got over $100,000 in prizing to give away during tonight's game to the best fans in the league along with a FREE hot dog and pop for the first 7,500 fans through the gate...

It's also #ThrowbackThursday tonight which means Heritage Jerseys!
