The Sens are back at home and we take a look at 5 things before they host the Columbus Blue Jackets today at 5 p.m.
1. Starting Goalies
Death, taxes and Mike Condon in goal for the Sens. Condon will make his 13th straight in goal for the Sens and has appeared in every game since December 1st which is insane. The good news? He doesn't seem to be showing any effects of being tired yet and is coming off a perfect 3-0-0 road trip that saw the Sens beat the Blues, Blue Jackets and Leafs in the span of 5 days. Condon's record this season currently sits at 13-7-3.
At the other end of the rink, as of now it's a toss up between Sergei Bobrovsky and Joonas Korpisalo for who will start in goal for the Blue Jackets against the Sens. Bobrovsky was outdueld by Condon just a few days ago in Columbus with the Blue Jackets falling to Ottawa 2-0 but bounced back with a 35 save victory last night against Carolina. Korpisalo is 1-1-0 in the NHL and has spent the bulk of this season with the Cleveland Monsters of the AHL.
2. Projected line-up
As mentioned above, no changes are expected today. Mark Borowiecki is getting closer to a return after missing the past two games with the flu but until then Fredrik Claesson will draw in on the third pairing alongside Chris Wideman.
Here's how the lines and pairings look:
3. Don't knock it until you Pyatt
That might be the worst, most offensive play on words I've ever done and I'm deeply sorry for that but now that you've made it beyond the awful headline, let's take a look at how last night's game ended in Toronto. You could almost feel Sens fans across social media prepping their "Tom Pyatt!?!?!?" comments/tweets as he geared up to shoot 4th last night with the game on his stick but in what shouldn't be surprising news to anyone: Guy Boucher knew something we didn't.
The rub here is I haven't really been able to dig up much that supports his 90% success rate in Switzerland but he's 100% in the NHL so there's that.
Boucher went on to talk after the game how he doesn't watch the shootout for a few reasons so just for him (and those of you who want to relive the Sens beating the Leafs) here's a look at Pyatt's game winner from last night:

4. From the coach
On preparing for games on short back-to-backs:
The difference is we try to keep the information shorter and very, very specific. We have an ammount of time that we spend on power play and penalty kill and usually we do some of that in the morning so at night it's shorter. Now there is no morning so we have to make it shorter.
On facing the Blue Jackets for the second time in 4 days:
We're trying to trim it down to the simplest expression of what we need from the players. What's good about today is that it's the same team we just played so it's very fresh in our mind. We already scouted them and re-scouted them in terms of having clips after that game for the Toronto game. We're very aware of what they do, what we do and I think we'll be very specific and short.
5. Where to watch
