Game Day 5: Sens @ Red Wings

The Sens are in Detroit tonight set to face the Red Wings and we've got 5 things to help you get ready for puck drop.

1. Line-up

One real be line-up change as newly acquired Dion Phaneuf will make his Ottawa Senators debut tonight in Detroit. To make room for Phaneuf, Patrick Wiercioch comes out.

Here's a look at the Sens projected line-up for tonight...

2. Goalies

Craig Anderson once again gets the start in goal for the Sens. Andy's been stellar in his last two starts only giving up a goal in each and being named the game's third star both times. Andrew Hammond backs him up.

At the other end, it's expected that Petr Mrazek will start in goal for the Red Wings.

3. Last meeting

These two teams last faced off back on November 16th, 2015 in Ottawa with the Red Wings besting the Sens in overtime 4-3. Chris Wideman and Bobby Ryan each scored in the third period to help erase a 3-1 deficit before ultimately coming up short in the extra frame. Craig Anderson stopped 33 of the 37 shots he faced in defeat.
