Sens goalie coach Rick Wamsley told the media yesterday that Andrew Hammond will get the start in goal tonight for the Sens. Hammond's record on the season sits at just 5-9-4 but his individual numbers have actually been fairly solid lately as he sports a save percentage of 0.936% and a goals against average of 2.00 in the month of March. Craig Anderson is on back-up duty with a high likelihood of starting the second half of the Sens' back-to-back tomorrow against the Wild.
Mike Hutchinson will start in goal tonight for the Jets.

Their most recent meeting was way back on November 5th, 2015 in Ottawa where the Sens won a thriller in the shootout. Cody Ceci and Bobby Ryan provided the offence for the Sens in regulation before the Sens ran the table in the shootout with Ryan, Kyle Turris and Mika Zibanejad all scoring to seal the victory. Craig Anderson was beyond sharp making 38 saves to earn the decision
