I really felt a lot more comfortable out there. The defence did a good job forcing the shots from the perimeter. I've been working with Rick Wamsley since Friday's game and we had a nice session yesterday morning and I think I carried what I learned from there into today's game.
We played a good game overall. Me and Max played together all 3 games so we're starting to get some chemistry going. Chlapik joined us for the third game and I think he had a great game as well. We played a good game and had a lot of chances. A lot of positives from this game.
I thought the guys played hard. 3 in 3 is tough, ice conditions aren't great so there are a lot of things they have to battle through that they're not used to. They have to get ready and into that game mode and I thought the perseverance was pretty good tonight. I thought Matt O'Connor played really well to help us get there. He was solid out there.
