Eugene Melnyk, Sens Foundation and Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario partner with ACT Foundation and Government of Ontario in support of Ottawa ACT High School AED Program
On Friday, May, 28, Eugene Melnyk, the Sens Foundation and the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario will announce a partnership with the Advanced Coronary Treatment (ACT) Foundation and the Government of Ontario in support of the Ottawa ACT High School automated external difibrillator (AED) Program. The announcement will take place at Holy Trinity Catholic High School (180 Katimavik Rd., Ottawa) at 10 a.m.
Senators Sports & Entertainment president Cyril Leeder will represent Mr. Melnyk, while Sens Foundation president Danielle Robinson will also attend on behalf of the organization.Ottawa Chamber of Commerce 2009 Gold Business Person of the Year induction
On Thursday, June 3, team president Cyril Leeder will attend the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce 2009 Gold Business Person of the Year induction as an invited guest of this year’s award recipient, Ian Sherman. Mr. Sherman will be inducted into the World Exchange Plaza of Honour (outdoor amphitheatre at the corner of Metcalfe and Albert Streets, Ottawa) at 11:30 a.m. Leeder was the 2008 recipient of the award.
