Bulletin: Senators To Host Event For Season-Ticket Holders

OTTAWA – The Ottawa Senators announced today they will host an exclusive event on Thursday, Oct. 25, to thank loyal season-ticket holders and suite holders of the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club.

Sens Army We Salute You, hosted by Dean Brown and Gord Wilson, will feature an on-stage introduction of the complete 2007-08 Senators team. Following the introduction, fans will be treated to a stand-up comedy act performed by Ottawa-born Jeremy Hotz while fellow Canadian comedian Scott Harris will take the stage for the opening act.

“Our loyal season-ticket holders and suite holders are the reason for the success of this franchise,” said Senators president Roy Mlakar. “We have reached record numbers of season-ticket sales and we are proud to be able to host an evening of entertainment to thank season-ticket holders for their ongoing support.”

Each season-ticket holder account will receive two complimentary tickets to attend the event. General admission tickets will be sent out by mail, and parking for the event is free. New season-ticket accounts who purchase ticket packages by Friday, Oct. 19, at 5 p.m. will receive tickets to attend the event.

When: Thursday, Oct. 25, at 7:30 pm; doors open at 6:30 p.m.

About Jeremy Hotz: Known for his confused yet very astute observational comedy, Hotz continues to entertain audiences with stories of his everyday mishaps and adventures. Hotz comes to Scotiabank Place after another stellar performance at this year’s Montreal Comedy Festival – Just For Laughs.
