by Staff Writer / Ottawa Senators
OTTAWA – The Ottawa Senators returned today centre Jim O’Brien to the Western Hockey League’s Seattle Thunderbirds.

O’Brien, who played three games during the rookie tournament, suited up Saturday in the Senators 3-2 win over the New York Rangers at Scotiabank Place. The 19-year-old was Ottawa’s first-round pick (29th overall) in the 2007 entry draft.

The Senators camp roster is now comprised of 37 players: four goaltenders, 10 defencemen and 23 forwards.
