Bulletin: Fewer than 1,750 tickets available for tomorrow’s game against Carolina

by Staff Writer / Ottawa Senators
OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators announced today that fewer than 1,750 tickets remain for tomorrow’s 7:30 p.m. home game against the Carolina Hurricanes at Scotiabank Place. Following the game against Carolina, the Senators will have only one remaining regular-season home game this season.

Thursday’s game serves as the Senators annual Fan Appreciation Night, where fans in attendance will be eligible for prizes throughout the evening. Following the game, 20 lucky Senators season-seat holders will receive a game-worn jersey that was used by one of the team’s players during the contest.

The winning fans will be randomly selected from season seat and suite holders who have renewed their tickets for 2010-2011, in addition to group leaders and the casual fan in attendance. The winners will be announced to the crowd during the first, second and third periods of Thursday’s game.

Following the game, the winning fans will step onto the ice to receive a randomly selected player jersey. Each Senators player will skate over to the winning fan, take off their jersey, autograph it and present it to the recipient. The entire Senators roster (including injured or non-dressed players) will participate.

In addition to the “Jerseys Off Our Backs” event, Fan Appreciation Night will feature more than 1,000 prizes given away to lucky Sens fans in attendance, courtesy of the team’s sponsors and partners.

Tickets for all remaining home games are now on sale and can be purchased by visiting www.CapitalTickets.ca, by phone at 613-599-FANS (3267) or 1-877-788-FANS (3267); in person at The Sens Store at Rideau Centre and Place d’Orléans; at any Ottawa Sports Experts location and at the Scotiabank Place box office.
