Drake Batherson has been named the NHL's Second Star of the Week after tallying six points over the course of two games.

Batherson scored his first career NHL hat-trick on Oct. 25 in a 7-5 loss to Washington while he also added an assist.
He followed that up with a two-assist effort Friday in Dallas as the Sens won 4-1.
"It's obviously really special to get recognized," Batherson said. "I think we're playing well as a team which helps us individually, stats wise, so I've got to thank my teammates for sure and I couldn't have done it without them."
Batherson's eight points this season leads the Senators while his four assists are tied for the team lead. His four goals trail only linemate Josh Norris.
"I think he's such a good player," Tim Stützle said of Batherson. "In my opinion, he really deserves it. This week, he got the pucks in the net and just to watch him play every day and every night, watch him skate around and loving the game, it's fun to watch. I'm really happy for him."
