It has been a long, long wait but Craig Anderson will officially make his return to the Sens goal tonight when they take on the Florida Panthers.
Andy has dominated the Panthers this season, going 2-0-0 with a 0.50 GAA and .982 save percentage. In fact, his career numbers against the Panthers have been solid as well. In 11 games he owns a 9-0-1 record with a 1.89 GAA and .941 save percentage.
The start will be Andy's first game since February 21 when he was knocked out of the game with a sprained ankle after a collision in the crease with Chris Kreider of the New York Rangers. Since the start of the season he has led the league in both GAA and save percentage with marks of 1.49 and .952 respectively.
In 15 starts this season, Anderson has an 8-4-2 record for the Sens. He has also made a habit of doing stuff like this...
Welcome back, Andy.
