Flex Pass is a ticket option that gives you access to Sabres home games (excluding blackout dates) for $89 per month.
How does it work?
Purchasers of Flex Pass will receive a notification 24 hours before puck drop to claim a seat. If interested, go into the Sabres Flex Pass section of the My One Buffalo mobile app and follow the on-screen instructions to get your barcode. Scan your mobile barcode at entry to KeyBank Center and enjoy the game.
Which games are included with my Sabres Flex Pass?
Your Flex Pass includes access to Sabres home games at KeyBank Center for the month purchased during the 2017-18 season excluding the following blackout dates (Oct 5 vs MTL, Nov 24 vs EDM, Dec 1 vs PIT, and Mar 17 vs CHI). Please note that the pass is not available for April so does not include the Apr 4 vs OTT game and also does not include tickets to the 2018 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic.
When is the Flex Pass available?
The Sabres Flex Pass will go on sale on September 16. There will only be a limited number available, but once sold out fans can sign up for a wait list.
Where are the seats?
Seats are assigned based on availability in the 100, 200 club, and Buffalo Creek 300 levels.
Fans can buy up to six (6) Flex Passes. The only way to ensure seats are together is to purchase multiple passes with one transaction.
What if I just want to buy one month?
You cannot purchase individual months with the Sabres Flex Pass. Your subscription begins when you purchase the Flex Pass and will continue until the end of March or you decide to cancel.
What if I purchase my pass in the middle of the month?
When you purchase your pass, it will begin in the month with the next available game. For example, a purchase on Oct. 14 will start your pass in October because there are eligible games remaining in the month. However, a purchase on Oct. 30 will start your pass in November because there are no more remaining eligible October games. Cut off dates for the month will be posted on Tickets.com at the point of purchase.
Do I get a discount on the monthly price if I purchase it after eligible games have been played?
There are no discounts on the Flex Pass. The cost will be $89 per month regardless of time of purchase.
Do I get access to playoff tickets or special events if I purchase a pass?
No. Flex Pass purchasers do not receive the additional benefits that Season Ticket Holders receive.
How do I get started?
Purchase your Flex Pass at Sabres.com. You will receive an email to the address used to purchase your Flex Pass with further instructions on how to register and set up your Flex Pass in the My One Buffalo mobile app. If you purchase during the season you will receive an email to the address used to purchase your Flex Pass with further instructions on how to register and set up your Flex Pass in the My One Buffalo mobile app
Does the Flex Pass apply to the whole season?
The Flex Pass is available for games in October, November, December, January, February, and March. It applies to all games at KeyBank Center excluding blackout dates. Your subscription begins when you purchase the Flex Pass and will continue until the end of March or you decide to cancel. Tickets are subject to availability.
Am I guaranteed a seat at every game?
Most likely, but for high demand games, tickets will be subject to availability. When you receive the text 24 hours prior to the games to accept your seats, be sure to accept immediately for best chances of getting tickets.
How do I renew my Sabres Flex Pass for the next month?
When you purchase the Sabres Flex Pass you will be auto renewed each month. You will be charged $89 on a month-by-month basis during the 2017-18 regular season. The charges will be processed as follows:
Month of October: At sign up Month of November: Monday, November 6th Month of December: Monday, December 4th Month of January: Thursday, January 4th Month of February: Monday, February 5th Month of March: Monday, March 5th
Do I get a refund if I receive a seat but don't use it?
No. There are no refunds for unused seats.
How do I opt out of renewing my Sabres Flex Pass?
To cancel your Sabres Flex Pass, you must notify Customer Service of such cancellation request by email to Account Services at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Flex Pass Cancellation". If you cancel your Flex Pass you will not be able to re-enroll in the program again in the 2017-18 season.
When can I opt out of my Sabres Flex Pass?
You must notify Customer Service of such cancellation request on or before the 3rd day of any calendar month in order to cancel your Sabres Flex Pass effective as of the last day of the same calendar month. Any cancellation request made after the 3rd day of a calendar month will result in cancellation of your Sabres Flex Pass effective as of the last day of the following calendar month.
Will I auto-renew for the 2018-19 season?
No. The Sabres Flex Pass would need to be purchased again next season.
What if Flex Passes are sold out?
There will only be a limited number of Sabres Flex Passes available for the 2017-18 season. If you would like to sign up for the waiting list, click here. If there are cancellations or more Flex Passes are made available, you will be notified.
Do I have to have the My One Buffalo app to use the Sabres Flex Pass?
Yes. The only way to access your Sabres Flex Pass is through the My One Buffalo app. The app is available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Which phones are supported?
The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The My One Buffalo app must also be downloaded for use of the Sabres Flex Pass.
What type of device do I need to access my tickets?
Flex Pass is a mobile-only program integrated within the My One Buffalo app. There are no printed tickets. Admission to KeyBank Center and any seat assignments will be managed exclusively through the app.
How do I get into KeyBank Center with my Sabres Flex Pass?
Your tickets for all home games can be found in the My One Buffalo app. Download the My One Buffalo app and login. Go to the Sabres Flex Pass section to sync your account. Your seat locations can be found in the Sabres Flex Pass section, but you will need to go to Account Manager inside the My One Buffalo app to access your barcodes for admission into KeyBank Center.
How does my guest scan in if I have multiple Flex Passes?
All barcodes will be on one device inside the My One Buffalo app. If you have a group of two, for example, both mobile access barcodes can be scanned from one device. You and your guest will need to arrive at KeyBank Center together.
What if my guest(s) also have a Flex Pass but not under the same account?
Once in KeyBank Center, visit the Sabres Experience section of the My One Buffalo app. From there, select Seat Upgrades and you can find two seats together. Prices vary by level with Buffalo Creek 300 level seats available for $5 each.
What if I want to bring a guest(s) but do not have enough Flex Passes?
Your guest can purchase a ticket at Sabres.com and once in KeyBank Center, visit the Sabres Experience section of the My One Buffalo app. From there, select Seat Upgrades and you can find two seats together. Prices vary by level with Buffalo Creek 300 level seats available for $5 each.
Can I forward my seat to a friend or family member?
No. Tickets within the Flex Pass are non-transferrable. Each ticket is tied to the device used to register and cannot be forwarded.
What if I lose the text message with my pass or have issues accessing my tickets?
If you can't access your Flex Pass via text message, simply access the My One Buffalo app and tap on the "Sabres Flex Pass" option in the Sabres section of the app. Additionally, please visit expapp.com/contact any time to receive a timely support response.
