Buffalo Sabres General Manager Darcy Regier announced today that forward Tyler Ennis has been recalled from the Portland Pirates of the American Hockey League on an emergency basis.

This will be the second recall of the season for Ennis, who is currently second on the Pirates in scoring with 65 points (23+42) in 69 games. The 20-year-old Ennis has played one game with the Sabres this season, scoring his first NHL goal at Philadelphia on November 14.
