Buffalo's final preseason game is tonight. They'll host the New York Islanders at KeyBank Center at 7 p.m.

Come on down to the arena or tune in starting at 6:30 p.m. on MSG. Brian Duff and Martin Biron will guide you through the pregame show until RJ and Rayzor take over just after 7. Dan Dunleavy will be on hand as well with interviews throughout the evening.

We'll have Morning Skate coverage coming your way.

Here's what you need to know.

Nolan practices for the first time

Video: Sabres Now (9/28/17)

The Sabres claimed forward Jordan Nolan off waivers from the Los Angeles Kings on Wednesday and he skated with the club on Thursday. He was put on a line with center Jacob Josefson and right wing Johan Larsson, perhaps previewing a line we could see tonight.

Nolan grew up in Buffalo when his dad Ted coached the Sabres in the mid-'90s and has fond memories of the city.

What does he think he can bring to the table? Check out Thursday's Ice Level Practice Report for more.
