Coming off a 3-1 loss in Washington on Friday, the Sabres returned to the ice on Sunday for practice at HarborCenter. Jack Eichel once again skated with the team as he continues to recover from that high-ankle sprain sustained the day before the season opener.

"I think we're day-to-day," Dan Bylsma said. "I'd like him to practice another 20 times. Jack's just really taking it day-by-day with his recovery and where he's at with his progression."
Buffalo will practice today and then head out for Ottawa. They'll play the Senators tomorrow night at Canadian Tire Centre at 7:30 p.m.
