Sharpen Up: March 2, 2021 | 5-game road trip begins tonight

The Sabres open up the month of March with the start of a five-game road trip. They'll face the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden tonight.
It's a 7 p.m. faceoff on MSG and WGR 550. Dan Dunleavy and Rob Ray will have the call. Pregame coverage with Brian Duff and Martin Biron begins at 6:30 p.m. on MSG.

Tonight's matchup

Buffalo was shut out in each of the past two games and they'll look to end that streak early tonight against New York.
The Sabres made a roster move yesterday, reassigning defenseman Brandon Davidson to the taxi squad. He skated 16:17 in Sunday's loss.
