April 14, 2006

The Buffalo Sabres announced season ticket prices today for 2006-07. With the exception of price adjustments, both up and down, within limited sections of the Arena, there will be no increase in season tickets prices for the coming year.

The Sabres have lowered prices in two sections. Prices in the 200 level Ends will be lowered from $69 per game to $54 per game. Seats in Section 300 level III, have been lowered from $17 to $15 per game.

Last year the Sabres offered a reduced price introductory season ticket package of $21 and $10 per game in 100 level IV and 300 level IV, respectively. These offers will be altered for the coming year. Prices for these seats will be $25 and $15 per game for the coming year. The $25 ticket in the 100 level is still the lowest-priced lower bowl seat in the NHL.

In summary, season ticket prices for 17,109 will remain unchanged or reduced (1,312 seats) while 1,581 seats will increase in price.

The 2006-2007 pricing will result in no price change for almost 92% of HSBC Arena's 18,690 seats. Nearly 47% of the Arena will be priced at $54 or less.

Fans can still place a 30% deposit on 2006-2007 season tickets and receive discounted season ticket holder pricing for the first two rounds of the 2006 Stanley Cup Playoffs, a savings of up to 75%. MORE INFORMATION
