The Salvation Army will kick off its holiday kettle season on Saturday, November 1, when the Buffalo Sabres host the Washington Capitals at HSBC Arena.
Salvation Army officers will be stationed at arena entrances prior to the game accepting kettle donations. Sabretooth will also be on hand to help solicit contributions for the start of the holiday season. The kettle campaign is a vital part of The Salvation Army and is a key aspect in its efforts to aid the poor and homeless in our community.
