The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team will be holding a night practice for fans at First Niagara Center on Wednesday, September 28. The night revolves around a team scrimmage at 7 p.m. and will give fans one of the last opportunities to see the Sabres before the team leaves for its European road trip on October 1.
The festivities begin at 4:30 p.m. when the first 3,000 fans into First Niagara Center will be able to participate in an autograph session with Buffalo Sabres players and prospects. Upon entry into the arena, the first 3,000 fans will be given a ticket to line up at a table with select Sabres players and prospects who will be signing autographs. The autograph tables will be placed throughout the concourses on all levels at First Niagara Center.
The Sabres will take the ice at 7 p.m. for a full-team scrimmage and fans can watch as the team prepares for its week-long road trip to Europe the following week.
Select concession stands will be open throughout First Niagara Center and the Sabres Store will also be open for fans to purchase merchandise for the upcoming season.
