The Official Site of the Buffalo Sabres

by Staff Writer / Buffalo Sabres
The Buffalo Sabres will hold a rookie conditioning camp from July 6-11 at HSBC Arena and the Pepsi Center in Amherst. The players will take part in both on-ice and off-ice workouts.  The goals of the camp are to give the prospective players the fundamental ideas of the Sabres playing system and the conditioning programs of an NHL player.

The camp participants will also study and examine the "new NHL" and its rules, along with techniques that a player must possess to become a successful professional hockey player.

Off-ice sessions will take place at HSBC Arena each morning, followed by on-ice workouts at the Pepsi Center from 5-7 p.m.
