SABRES TO HOLD FOOD DRIVE ON SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 21

The Buffalo Sabres, in conjunction with U.S. Grown Foods and Tops Friendly Markets, will be holding a Fan Food Drive during their home game on Saturday, February 21 against the New York Rangers. Game time is 7 p.m.


Fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to the game.

Items will be collected at all major entrance points at HSBC Arena. All items will be donated to the Food Bank of Western New York. Cash donations will also be accepted.

U.S. Grown Foods, available exclusively at Tops, will donate 200 pounds of food to the Food Drive. In addition, Tops has pledged to match up to 1,000 pounds of food donated during the drive.

There are still good tickets available for many home games, including: Feb. 21 (N.Y. Rangers), Feb. 24 (Anaheim) and Mar. 4 (Montreal). For tickets or more information, call 1-888-GO-SABRES or visit www.sabres.com.
